Witney Lakes Resort Golf Centre
Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, golf facilities include an 18-hole championship course, a 20-bay Toptracer driving range and golf tuition for all standards of player. The easy-walking parkland course was designed by Simon Gidman in 1999 with 5 tranquil lakes, 51 bunkers, natural hedgerows, gorse, tall grass and trees. Burford Golf Club
Designed by J. H. Turner and completed in 1937, Burford golf course offers easy walking along sheltered tree lined fairways with few hills. Hinksey Heights Golf Club
The main course at Hinksey Heights opened in 1996. The 18 hole course is suitable for all golfing abilities and offers unique and spectacular views of the Dreaming Spires of Oxford. There are learning and practice facilities including an on-site driving range, putting and chipping green. There is also a Footgolf course for a more light-hearted activity. The Wychwood Golf Club
Situated on 170 acres of beautiful Cotswold countryside, the course offers USGA greens allowing consistency of play all year round. Eleven of the holes involve water and at 6,630 yards, the Wychwood produces a challenging test of golf. There is also a driving range, a 3 hole academy course measuring approximately 80 yards each hole along with a short game area created to help with green skills. An 11 mile drive from The Blue Boar.
